How To Explore This Blog

Too many people visit my blog, like one post and then leave without even saying goodbye.

I’ve lived a very sheltered life by some blogs’ standards but I’ve always tried to keep this blog (tolerably) interesting and varied. Please stay and explore a little; you might be pleasantly surprised.

I have funny posts, interesting (sometimes original) posts, photography posts, travel posts. I’ve visited Japan (fucking crazy, beautiful, even fucking crazier), Egypt (a month before the Arab spring, as it happens), LA, Hong Kong and all over Europe.

I’ve raised an army of monkeys, fallen in love with a burlesque dancer, travelled the nile with a group of international n’er’do wells, watched Roller Derby in a warehouse in Berlin, seen the best tatoos and the best toilets in the world, even watched an FBI sniper try to take out Jedward.

I’ve made cock jokes and arse jokes and jokes about stupid fucking hippies, about science and nature and flowers and bananas.

I’ve scammed scam artists and had flights of musical imagination on the morning bus, seen Beatles tribute bands that couldn’t speak English and found the strangest 5 CDs that you can buy for 3.75. I have been lost and I have been found.

So please, have a look around, explore, travel back to the very beginning and stay with me until the very end. Thanks for reading.

Your blog contains a lot of creative plasma, the kind that allows me to laugh, ponder, raise an eyebrow or just plain shake my head in wonderment. I really like what you’ve done with the place…all the best to you!
